User support and incident analysis #### **About the Job: Junior/Intermediate Systems Analyst – Senior HCM** Position: Junior/Intermediate Systems Analyst – Senior HCM Purpose of the Role: Provide operational support and maintenance for the Senior HCM system, ensuring timely response to user requests, uninterrupted business operations, and effective support for modules used by the company. Main Responsibilities: Perform functional support and maintenance of the Senior HCM system; Provide user support and assistance to covered business units; Work broadly across Senior HCM modules, with emphasis on Payroll and Benefits; Support identification, analysis, and resolution of system-related incidents and service requests; Track and follow up on requests with user departments; Support system upgrades and maintenance activities; Ensure continuity and optimal performance of Senior HCM routines; Support the four manufacturing divisions in Brazil and the corporate office. Requirements: Experience or knowledge in supporting the Senior HCM system; General knowledge of the Payroll and Benefits modules; Experience in user support and service delivery; Ability to analyze requirements, identify issues, and assist in resolving incidents; Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse departments and business units.
