Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** Ensure database backup, restoration, and integrity, performing periodic tests and maintaining up-to-date documentation. Monitor and maintain data gateways and data flows, ensuring performance, connectivity, and incident response. Review and validate access to data platforms, aligned with Information Security policies and internal standards. Integrate, transform, and model data from multiple sources, ensuring standardization, quality, and reliability for analytical use. Support data governance, contributing to policies on access, classification, and appropriate use of information. Collaborate with business areas to gather data requirements, translating needs into technical solutions. Produce and maintain documentation and supporting materials, promoting best practices and correct data usage. Participate in training and capacity-building activities, maintaining technical development and adherence to SGI processes and standards. **Mandatory Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Intermediate English (speaking, writing, and reading). Knowledge: Solid foundation in relational data modeling. Practical experience with SQL Server and Oracle (corporate/RAC environments), including operations and performance analysis. Ability to analyze and resolve data-related incidents (performance issues, loading failures, inconsistencies). Practical experience with Power BI. Experience in support, monitoring, operation, and maintenance of data environments. Analytical profile with problem-solving orientation. Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams. Organization and prioritization in multi-demand environments. Collaborative attitude with focus on operational stability. **Preferred Qualifications** Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google BigQuery, or equivalents). Certifications related to popular relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and data modeling. Experience with corporate analytical models. Experience in large-volume data environments (Big Data).
