Location: PORTO DISTRICT; Schedule: Rotating shifts with two guaranteed days off per week; Split shifts; Contract: Indefinite-term – we value stability and joint growth. We are looking for: \- Team Management Assign tasks and ensure compliance with procedures. Motivate staff and resolve conflicts. \- Operational Control Monitor customer flow and adjust staffing accordingly. Ensure service quality and speed. \- Customer Service Handle complaints and guarantee a positive experience. Resource Management \- Monitor basic stock levels and communicate requirements. \- Shift Closing Reconcile cash register, organize workspace, and report incidents.
