If you are a team player and aspire to be part of the Pedro Lemos project, this is the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Perform table mise-en-place and ensure full service delivery, from tray transport to dish collection and table cleaning \- Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and cleaning of all materials, equipment, and utensils required for dining room service \- Record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen, advising and clarifying queries based on thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s menu \- Attend to customers and escalate any dissatisfaction to the Head Waiter, ensuring prompt and effective resolution \- Process payments and issue invoices/receipts in coordination with the Head Waiter **Profile:** \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in dining room service, preferably in high-end gastronomic restaurants \- Genuine passion for serving, welcoming, and interacting with guests, consistently demonstrating attentiveness and willingness to assist \- Ability to anticipate needs, act proactively, and actively support the dining room team and management to ensure flawless service \- Knowledge of dining room service procedures, mise-en-place rules, and, if possible, familiarity with wine and beverage menus \- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strict adherence to procedures and quality standards \- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and cooperative atmosphere \- Fluency in Portuguese and English \- Professional and well-groomed appearance, appropriate for our restaurant’s ambiance \- Flexibility to adapt to variable working hours **Offer:** \- Join an excellence team at one of Portugal’s most prestigious restaurants \- Opportunity for professional development and continuous learning within a top-tier team \- Dynamic, challenging, and innovation-focused work environment \- Internal mobility and career progression opportunities \- Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and performance Experience: * Waiter: 2 years (Mandatory) Language: * Fluent Portuguese (Mandatory) * Fluent English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
