Kitchen Assistant - FULL TIME (Near São João Hospital)
Kitchen Assistant Taberna Londrina is a well-established restaurant concept that combines high standards, fast pace, and authenticity. We operate professionally and as a team, and we are seeking a dedicated and responsible Kitchen Assistant to strengthen our kitchen team at our restaurant located near São João Hospital in Porto. Required profile: Willingness to learn and develop professionally within the culinary field Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred) Ability to work rigorously and efficiently in a dynamic, high-paced environment Strong sense of responsibility and commitment Teamwork skills Availability for rotating and split shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Typical working hours: 12:00–15:30 // 19:30–00:30 Preference will be given to candidates residing near São João Hospital, for logistical and commuting convenience. Main responsibilities: Assisting in ingredient preparation and mise en place Performing basic kitchen tasks, including grilling, frying, and using a press Assisting in plating and dispatching dishes Strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations Organizing and cleaning the workstation What we offer: Gross base salary of €870 Meal allowance of €126 Permanent contract offering stability and trust Ongoing training and genuine opportunities for internal advancement Meal provided during shift Double pay for public holidays 40 weekly working hours 2 days off per week Professional work environment with a dynamic, results-oriented team Interested candidates must submit an updated CV including a photograph.
