If you enjoy providing telephone support, managing orders, and ensuring customers have the best possible experience, this is your opportunity to become the voice of our brand! What you will do - Answer and manage customer calls and/or emails, complaints, and requests; - Record and follow up on incidents until they are correctly routed. What you must ensure - Completion of 9th grade; - Experience in contact centers (mandatory); - Fluency in English; - Immediate availability for the schedule from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. What we offer you - Base salary: €875; - Meal allowance: €6.17.
