AMConsultoria is recruiting a Construction Director [M/F] to join the ECMP – Engineering and Construction team. ECMP is a young and dynamic company that offers a wide range of engineering and construction services to clients in both public and private sectors. Design, Construction, Supervision, and Certification are, broadly speaking, all the services they are prepared to deliver to clients with the highest precision and quality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction phases, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality; · Lead on-site teams, promoting teamwork and efficiency; · Manage, negotiate, and supervise suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance; · Ensure all work adheres to technical standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations; · Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during project execution. **TECHNICAL PROFILE:** · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; · Experience in similar roles (minimum 10 years); · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; · Knowledge of construction standards and legal regulations; · Knowledge of construction planning and control; · Leadership, communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and results-oriented skills; · Availability for travel (mandatory); · Experience in public construction projects (preferable).
