##### **Industrial Management** We are recruiting an **Electrical or Mechanical Engineer** with a **minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance** to join our **Maintenance and Energy team**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning, preparation, and execution of **preventive and corrective maintenance** on industrial equipment; * Identification and implementation of **continuous improvements** in maintenance processes; * Diagnosis and resolution of **mechanical and electrical failures**, ensuring equipment efficiency and reliability; * Collaboration in the management of resources and materials to optimize maintenance; * Support in defining strategies to increase **equipment availability and lifespan**. **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical or Mechanical Engineering**; * Minimum of **5 years of experience in industrial maintenance**; * Knowledge of **electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems**; * Ability to analyze and solve technical problems; * Proactivity and teamwork spirit.
