At PConcept – Engineering and Construction, a company specializing in civil engineering and construction, we are recruiting to integrate our team for the position of Civil Engineer (Construction Director) in the Almodôvar area. Responsibilities: - Management and supervision of civil construction projects; - Development of work plans regarding scheduling, methodologies, resources, and work quality; - Ensuring achievement of defined objectives; - Enforcing instructions established in work plans; - Executing tasks within timelines agreed upon with clients; - Compliance with and enforcement of applicable legal regulations, current legislation, occupational health and safety standards; - Supervision of all project phases, from budget review and planning to project completion. Main Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; - Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles; - Strong sense of responsibility and goal-oriented mindset; - Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project; - Solid ability to interpret and read civil construction drawings; - High degree of responsibility and organizational capability; - Regular attendance and punctuality; - Strong commitment; - Immediate availability (preferred).
