HP Laptop (see description)

HP laptop that functions but has a screen issue, as visible in the photos—only present upon startup; the lines disappear afterward. It remains powered on for approximately 5 minutes before shutting down, possibly due to a power supply issue. It does not include a charger and must be used with an external mouse because the laptop's built-in mouse does not function properly.
