




**Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support for the entire IT technological infrastructure; * Monitor and resolve service requests created by users; * Participate and follow up on projects related to the area; * Provide technical support, helpdesk assistance, and phone or in-person user support; * Maintain existing hardware and software within the company; * Diagnose and resolve hardware & software issues; * Manage Active Directory. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar fields (equivalent to 12th grade); * Professional experience in on-site technical support roles; * Experience in repairing infrastructures, hardware, etc.; * Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP), operating systems, hardware, CCTV, access control; * Technical knowledge of structured cabling; * Proficient in Office applications (Word and Excel) from a user perspective; * Knowledge of English; * Good communication and organizational skills; * Ability to adapt and work in a team; * Strong sense of responsibility; * Autonomy, dynamism, and proactivity.
