Responsibilities: \- Operate and adjust Shima Seiki machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. \- Collaborate with the design department to convert customer requirements into machine-readable programs. \- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the entire production process. Requirements: \- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. \- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. \- Strong communication and teamwork skills. \- Prior experience operating Shima Seiki machines is highly preferred. \- Basic knowledge or experience in knitting and knitwear technology. \- Knowledge and experience in CAD/CAM programming provide transferable skills for learning Shima Seiki machine programming, facilitating adaptation and performance.
