Job Summary: Reporting to the Finance Department Head, this role involves planning, analysis, continuous improvement, and communication of financial information. Key Highlights: 1. Reporting to the Finance Department Head, your main responsibilities include: * Ensuring appropriate planning and monitoring of activities in alignment with established strategic objectives; * Preparing necessary information related to defined or implemented internal processes, or implementing and monitoring their execution, to achieve established objectives; * Conducting periodic analyses of key performance indicators and formulating recommendations regarding deviations from the approved budget; * Preparing and validating results related to KPIs; * Contributing to continuous improvement through implementation of best practices, risk management, identification of improvement opportunities, and promotion of company policies; * Preparing necessary information for sharing with internal and external stakeholders; * Participating in cross-functional projects to optimize current processes; * Monitoring operational costs and inefficiencies; * Data analysis; * Preparing analytical reports for various departments across the company. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field; * Knowledge of general and analytical accounting; * Understanding of fundamental Treasury concepts; * Strong Excel skills; * Good command of English; * High capacity for work, organization, and project management; * Residence in the Leiria region.
