




Job Description Ensure guest welcoming and customer service by offering superior quality service throughout their stay at the Hotel Unit, while keeping in mind the promotion of other hotel services. First Receptionists (3\-5 years exp.) / Second Receptionists (1\-2 years exp.) Main Responsibilities * Ensure comprehensive guest welcoming and customer service, performing check\-in and check\-out procedures; * Carry out accommodation booking services and follow up on requests; * Prepare and process correspondence, dispatch and filing; * Handle customer requests and any complaints; * Manage bookings and cancellations through hotel platforms; * Monitor guest arrivals and departures and communicate with other departments to ensure proper delivery of various services; * Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the front\-desk area; * Manage hotel suppliers or external service providers such as laundry or taxis; * Record customer expenses or charges on guest accounts; * Promote and publicize the various services offered by the hotel; * Work closely with all team members, particularly with the Front Office Manager and Reservations Manager; * Report any service irregularities or incidents involving guests to superiors; * Perform other duties or tasks not specified above whenever deemed necessary by the supervisor; * Support other departments whenever needed.
