**Main Responsibilities:** Ensure the execution and monitoring of innovation projects; Identify innovative projects aligned with the company's strategy; Develop and monitor documentation and quality management systems; Develop and monitor data extraction and analysis solutions; Develop, implement, and monitor process automation solutions aimed at continuous improvement and error mitigation. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or fields emphasizing data and/or process analysis; Other academic backgrounds may be considered provided the candidate demonstrates relevant technical knowledge in quality management systems, data analysis, and process automation; Fluency in spoken and written English; Knowledge of the Veeva Vault system is an advantage; Proficiency in data analysis tools; Knowledge of automation tools and AI is valued; User-level computer skills; Strong communication skills; Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks; Critical thinking and a sense of responsibility; Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving ability; Team spirit, proactivity, and willingness to learn and grow.
