Applicants must have experience in SAP solutions. Selected candidates will take part in SAP projects for global \& leading companies across Europe. **Responsabilities:** * Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules * Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions * Provide technical \& functional support across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance \& Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning and Time * Optimize HR workflows, reporting, and integrations to enhance efficiency * Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to drive digital transformation **Qualifications:** * Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support * Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices * Hands\-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration, role\-based permissions, and reporting tools * Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions (a plus) * Fluency in English (written and spoken) **Preferred Qualifications:** * SAP SuccessFactors certification (highly preferred) * Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) * Familiarity with cloud\-based HR solutions \& integration
