The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions for our clients in the areas of procurement, inventory management, production, sales, and distribution. The ideal candidate must have solid experience with SAP modules MM, PP, and SD and will have the opportunity to manage teams in these areas. Work Location: **Grupo Lusiaves Headquarters, Leiria** **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop effective SAP solutions; * Design and develop SAP solutions for clients in logistics and production areas; * Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior SAP developers; * Ensure delivery of high-quality SAP solutions meeting client expectations and project timelines; * Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, proactively sharing knowledge with the team; * Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, providing technical support to clients; * Work closely with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. * **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP development, with focus on logistics and plant modules (SD, MM, PM); * Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading and managing junior developers; * In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA logistics and production modules and experience in custom development; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex SAP issues; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with clients, business analysts, and other stakeholders; * Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines; SAP certification is valued. * **Grupo Lusiaves** is a national reference in the poultry and agro-industrial sector.
