The **business area** we are recruiting for operates within the **industrial production** of **reinforced and prestressed prefabricated concrete elements**, including customized architectural facades, intended for residential, commercial and industrial projects. **Main Responsibilities** Supervise and coordinate the operation of the circular panel production system. Operate and monitor the system from the central control station, ensuring correct sequencing of process steps. Manage the section's team and operations, ensuring productivity, discipline and safety of the group. Ensure compliance with the daily/weekly production plan, adjusting operations according to priorities. Ensure product conformity with quality requirements, in coordination with quality control. Promote good safety practices. **Candidate Profile:** Technical or professional education in Industrial Production. Previous experience in automated industrial environments, preferably in prefabricated concrete production. Experience in coordinating operational teams (minimum 2 years). **Required Skills** Ability to interpret project plans and manufacturing instructions. Proficiency in using industrial digital tools. Basic knowledge of industrial equipment operation. Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
