The **business area** we are currently recruiting for operates within the **industrial production** of **reinforced and prestressed concrete precast elements**, including customized architectural facades, intended for residential, commercial and industrial projects. **Main Responsibilities** Interpret technical drawings Prepare molds according to drawn parts and work instructions Carry out mold filling with concrete Perform demolding of pieces after curing, using an overhead crane Properly store produced elements in designated storage areas Ensure cleaning and basic maintenance of tools and molds used Comply with safety and quality procedures **Profile** Compulsory minimum education level; professional training in Construction, Industrial Production or technical areas valued. Previous experience in concrete precast production or construction sites (preferable). Experience in operating overhead cranes is valued. **Required Skills** Basic knowledge of technical drawing and ability to read schematics. Experience handling manual tools and production equipment. Knowledge of load handling with overhead crane (preferable). Accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to established procedures. Team spirit, punctuality and responsibility.
