Execution of elementary support tasks indispensable to the operation of departments and services, possibly involving physical effort, care for departmental facilities, as well as for equipment under one's responsibility, ensuring their proper use and, when necessary, their maintenance and repair, specifically: * Cleaning of rooms, kitchens, pantries, sanitary facilities, and any other spaces used in food units, university residences, nursery, kindergarten, or any other SASUC or UC premises, including common or general-use areas; * Support in preparing raw materials required for meal preparation, preparing counters for accommodation/exhibition and distribution of line meals, cleaning meal distribution counters—including utensils used for exhibition and distribution—while complying with principles established under the HACCP system; general pantry service, including pre-washing preparation, washing, and collection of all equipment and utensils subject to hygiene procedures, whether automated or manual; * Preparation and cooking of food according to the established menu and interpretation of respective technical sheets (Portuguese and international cuisine), applying culinary procedures inherent to collective catering.
