PROFILE * Student in Management, Marketing, Sales, International Relations or related fields * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and client relationship skills * Responsible and autonomous in performing duties * Proactive with problem-solving abilities * Good teamwork skills * Proficiency in end-user computer applications (Excel, email, management and invoicing software) * Strong time and priority management skills * Interest and motivation for the commercial field * Mandatory languages: Portuguese and English * Commercial experience (preferred) * Advantage: Knowledge of ceramics FUNCTIONS * Preparation and submission of commercial proposals to clients * Preparation of samples for shipment to clients * Updating and managing the customer database * Recording and tracking orders * Coordination with other departments to ensure proper order processing * Managing and issuing invoices * Coordination with logistics and shipping teams * Supporting the organization of commercial and administrative documentation * Collaborating with the sales team on customer service and management * Market prospecting and identification of new customers * Participation in international trade fairs * Contributing to the definition of strategies for entering new markets * Post-sales follow-up * Achieving defined commercial objectives * Other tasks inherent to the commercial area.
