




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control / HACCP Technician to join our team at the bivalve depuration unit, ensuring implementation and monitoring of the HACCP system and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. Collaboration with the production team to ensure quality standards. We are recruiting a Quality Control / HACCP Technician to join our team at our bivalve depuration unit in the Vagos Industrial Zone. **Responsibilities:** * Implementation, monitoring, and verification of the HACCP system; * Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good practice standards; * Traceability control and recordkeeping for batches and inventory; * Collection and analysis of data regarding incoming products and during the depuration process; * Oversight of analyses and control of quality parameters; * Identification of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions; * Collaboration with the production team to ensure required quality standards. **Required Profile:** * Education in Food Safety, Quality, Biology, Food Engineering, or related field (preferred); * Knowledge of HACCP and applicable legislation; * Experience in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory); * High sense of responsibility, rigor, and organization; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Basic proficiency in computer tools for data recording and analysis. **We Offer:** * Integration into a growing project; * Initial and ongoing training; * Salary conditions commensurate with demonstrated experience.
