Continuous Improvement Engineer (m/f)

Job Summary: Professional to monitor and improve production processes, ensuring project validation and developing/intervening in equipment with pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic features. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mechatronics and mechanical design of production lines/equipment. 2. Knowledge of robot and PLC programming. 3. RESPONSIBILITIES & PROFILE * Monitor and improve process efficiency in production areas; * Ensure validation and/or approval of developed projects; * Develop/intervene in equipment featuring pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic characteristics; * Program 3-, 4-, and 6-axis robots (preferably Kuka and Omron) / Program PLCs (preferably Omron); * Develop project plans and follow up on action plans; VALUED COMPETENCIES * Minimum 8 years of professional experience in mechatronics (intermediate level); * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design of production lines/equipment; * Intermediate knowledge of CREO Parametric or SolidWorks; * Intermediate knowledge of technical drawing; * Proficiency in English; * Intermediate knowledge of Machinery Safety Systems; * Knowledge of raw materials used in equipment manufacturing; The Microplásticos company offers conditions to provide challenging and evolving projects and careers to individuals with potential who wish to invest in their professional development.
