**What will you do?**
As Shift Leader, you’ll ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently while you’re in charge. You’ll support the Store Manager and the team, guarantee an excellent customer experience, and maintain a motivating and efficient store environment. If you’re not a fan of overly complicated processes and prefer a practical approach, you’re in the right place—we value initiative, responsibility, and teamwork.
**Your responsibilities:**
* Lead the team during your shift, ensuring motivation, organization, and focus;
* Deliver exceptional customer service, including direct support at the cash register;
* Handle opening and closing of tills, ensuring accuracy, security, and control of funds;
* Keep the store organized, tidy, and visually appealing, ensuring continuous product restocking;
* Participate in receiving, checking, and shelving merchandise;
* Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure routines are followed;
* Resolve issues on the spot, ensuring smooth store operations;
* Act as a liaison between the team and the Store Manager, ensuring clear and effective communication.
**Your qualifications:**
* Retail experience, preferably in roles involving responsibility or coordination;
* Ability to lead with empathy, positivity, and results orientation;
* Organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail;
* Enjoyment of teamwork and direct customer interaction;
* Eagerness to learn, test new ideas, and grow within the company.
