Your responsibilities will include: \- Implementing integrations between internal systems and digital platforms. \- Automating tasks and workflows (Pipedrive, forms, dashboards, etc.). \- Supporting the development and maintenance of our website and the DIVARQ platform. \- Ensuring the connection between data and performance, supporting metric-based decision-making. \- Collaborating with architecture, engineering, marketing, and administration teams to build digital bridges across departments. What we are looking for: \- Proficiency in web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar). \- Familiarity with automation tools (Make, APIs, integrations). \- Experience with Pipedrive. \- Analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. \- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the digital transformation of Escala Absoluta.
