Opportunity for career development within a solid group Factory Director (m/f/x) We are a Group with 60 years of activity in the Metal-Mechanical Industry, recognized in the Municipality of Águeda. We are recruiting for one of the associated companies of the Ciclo Fapril Group. Are you a leader with strategic vision? Join us as Factory Director and turn challenges into achievements! The Factory Director will be responsible for the integrated management of production, logistics, and maintenance at an industrial unit, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, safety, and achievement of targets. This strategic position entails team leadership and implementation of policies and objectives aligned with the Group’s strategy. Responsibilities: ⊛ Manage and supervise productive operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, volumes, and quality ⊛ Optimize processes and resources to achieve maximum productivity ⊛ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards ⊛ Supervise internal and external logistics chains, including transportation and inventory management ⊛ Optimize stock levels and reduce logistics costs ⊛ Ensure efficient material and finished product flows ⊛ Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to guarantee operational continuity ⊛ Conduct performance evaluations and support employees’ professional development ⊛ Develop and monitor operational and strategic plans aligned with overall goals ⊛ Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) Requirements: ⊛ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial Management, or related field) ⊛ Proven experience in industrial leadership ⊛ Solid knowledge of production, logistics, and maintenance ⊛ Leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills ⊛ Fluency in English (preferred) ⊛ Experience in Lean Manufacturing ⊛ Strategic vision and results orientation ⊛ Communication and influence capabilities across hierarchical levels ⊛ Resilience and adaptability to challenging environments Conditions: ⊛ Direct contract with a solid and growing Group ⊛ Negotiable base salary according to experience and demonstrated competencies, plus a comprehensive benefits package implemented by the Group If your profile matches this role, do not hesitate—send your CV to: candidaturas@ciclofapril.pt Opportunity for career development and involvement in an attractive project within a reputable Group.
