Studies will involve cell isolation and culture, transfection of miRNAs/siRNAs, RNA-seq, high-throughput fluorescence microscopy, image analysis, detailed mechanistic studies, and tissue analysis via immunocytochemistry, qPCR, and Western blotting. Proven experience in molecular and cellular biology is essential.
