Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our sales team, collaborating on proposal development, customer management, and market strategy development. Key Highlights: 1. PROFILE * Student in Management, Marketing, Sales, International Relations, or related fields * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Effective communication and customer relationship abilities * Responsible and autonomous in performing duties * Proactive with problem-solving capabilities * Strong teamwork skills * Proficiency in end-user computer applications (Excel, email, management and invoicing software) * Good time and priority management skills * Interest and motivation for the commercial field * Mandatory languages: Portuguese and English * Commercial experience (preferred) * Advantage: Knowledge of ceramics FUNCTIONS * Preparation and submission of commercial proposals to customers * Preparation of samples for shipment to customers * Updating and managing the customer database * Recording and tracking orders * Coordination with other departments to ensure correct order processing * Managing and issuing invoices * Coordination with logistics and shipping teams * Support in organizing commercial and administrative documentation * Collaboration with the sales team in customer service and management * Prospecting and identifying new customers * Participation in international trade fairs * Collaborate in defining market entry strategies for new markets * Post-sales follow-up * Achieving defined commercial objectives * Other tasks inherent to the commercial area.
