Job Summary: NTASK-FACILITY SERVICES LDA is seeking a Junior or Senior Civil Engineer to strengthen its technical team, responsible for tender analysis, project planning, process monitoring, and construction management. Stable and collaborative working environment NTASK-FACILITY SERVICES LDA, as part of its sustained operational growth, aims to reinforce its technical team by integrating a Junior or Senior Civil Engineer. Main Responsibilities: - Analysis of public tenders - Development and planning of specialty projects; - Preparation and monitoring of municipal procedures; - Cost estimation and construction cost analysis; - Technical preparation of construction works; - Consultation and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers; - Planning and organization of works during the pre-execution phase; - Technical monitoring of different stages of the construction process. Required Profile: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; - Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in similar roles, preferably in the building construction sector; - Solid knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD; - Strong technical analytical ability and attention to detail; - Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and autonomy.
