




**Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support for the entire IT technological infrastructure; * Monitor and resolve requests created by users; * Monitor and participate in projects inherent to the area; * Provide technical support, helpdesk, and telephone and in-person assistance to users; * Maintain existing hardware and software within the company; * Diagnose and resolve hardware & software issues; * Manage Active Directory. **Requirements:** * Professional course in Computer Science, Electrotechnology or similar fields (equivalent to 12th grade); * Professional experience in on-site technical support roles; * Experience in repairing infrastructures, hardware, etc.; * Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP), Operating Systems, Hardware, CCTV, Access Control; * Technical knowledge of structured cabling; * Availability for preventive shift work; * Good knowledge of Office applications (Word and Excel) from a user perspective; * Knowledge of English; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Ability to adapt and work in a team; * High sense of responsibility; * Autonomy, dynamism and proactivity. **Application:** \ You can find the original job posting at: https://www.itjobs.pt/oferta/508682/tecnico\-it\-suporte
