




**Who are we looking for?** \- Passionate about people and team development; \- Focused on results, continuous improvement, and processes; \- With strong emotional intelligence and conflict management skills; \- Independent, autonomous, and proactive. **What are we looking for?** \- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Human Resources Management, or related fields; \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory). **What do we expect from you?** \- Define HR policies regarding talent attraction and retention, compensation and benefits, training and development, career progression and mobility, and performance evaluation; \- Define and ensure implementation of the new employee onboarding and integration plan; \- Coordinate the administrative HR area, including time management, contractual matters, health and safety, payroll processing, and compliance with legal obligations; \- Ensure follow-up on audits and responses to notifications from external entities; \- Monitor resolution of work-related issues as well as interpersonal/group conflicts; \- Safeguard the maintenance of the psychological contract; \- Ensure compliance with labor legislation; \- Develop activity indicators and monitor KPIs; \- Plan and implement actions that reduce counterproductive behaviors and promote communication; \- Plan and organize motivational events and/or Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
