Specifically, you will oversee commercial planning, stock management, sales, ensuring company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products. You will also be responsible for assigning daily tasks to Retail Assistants, developing their skills, and maintaining their motivation and engagement. When necessary, you may support the checkout area, ensuring all customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is an incredible opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people's talent.
