In this context, our Portuguese subsidiary, Alron, Produção de Jantes em Alumínio, Unipessoal., Lda., is seeking a motivated candidate to join our Finance team: Accounting / Controller (m/f) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations; Prepare financial statements and management reports; Ensure budgetary control and cost monitoring; Analyze financial results and identify variances against budget; Generate economic-financial performance indicators; Support the preparation of financial forecasts and budget plans; Ensure reliability of accounting and financial information; Collaborate in internal and external audits; Support management in strategic and operational decision-making. YOUR PROFILE Be registered with the Portuguese Order of Accountants; Proficiency in applicable national and international accounting standards; In-depth knowledge of tax, fiscal, and labor legislation; Preparation and analysis of financial statements; Budget management and control; Economic-financial analysis and interpretation of performance indicators; Financial planning and forecasting; Cost control and budget variance analysis; Knowledge of monthly and annual accounting closing procedures; Experience with SAP system. Preparation of financial and management reports. Management and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
