Proactively maintain and update our Customer Support knowledge base and process documentation, making sure those resources are always relevant. Ensure compliance with all policies and workflows and manage risk in all customer interactions. **Mission** ---------- Define the Group's marketing policies and strategy and ensure their implementation at national and international levels. **Job Description** ----------------------- * Define the strategic and operational marketing plan in partnership with different departments, particularly with Sales Management; * Prepare the annual budget related to the Marketing area and ensure its management and compliance; * Increase GRUPEL brand visibility in the national and international markets through product positioning, brand presentation to customers, among others; * Analyze market trends and recommend strategic adjustments; * Manage content on digital platforms: website and social media; * Segment target audiences and identify ways to engage them; * Supervise press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials; * Support the Marketing and Sales department in achieving established goals and develop supporting documents (market analysis, trends, opportunity identification); * Support Sales Management in all marketing actions, including event participation and internal marketing; * Analyze B2B and B2C market trends and recommend strategic adjustments; * Segment target audiences and identify ways to attract them; * Create newsletters; * Plan and organize events. **Profile** ---------- * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Marketing Management; * Proficient in MS Office; * Solid knowledge of design and image editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator and/or others); * Fluency in English; * Knowledge of Spanish and/or French will be valued; * Knowledge of AI; * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Marketing field; * Proactive personality, positive attitude, responsible and dynamic; * Excellent negotiation, relationship, and influencing skills; * Goal-oriented.
