We are recruiting a **Civil Engineer** for the northern region of Portugal, specifically Vila Real, with work activities in the Douro region, including: **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspection and assessment of facility conditions and their assets; * Application and registration of NFC TAG labels on all assets supporting physical labels; * Surveying and recording elements indicated in the lifecycle cost file for each asset; * Identification, quantification, and budgeting of rehabilitation works identified during inspections and condition assessments; * More specific activities related to civil construction evaluation. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in the described roles; * Valid driver’s license; * Willingness to undertake geographical mobility. **Behavioral Profile:** * Planning and organizational skills; * Analytical ability; * Rigor and attention to detail; * Team spirit and dynamism; * Communication skills and ability to build interpersonal relationships.
