




Job Summary: Generalist HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and training processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Training management and HR policies **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Conduct and support **recruitment processes**, including CV screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, posting job advertisements, and managing communication with candidates. Also includes participation in **job fairs** and other **talent attraction initiatives**. * Manage **hiring, onboarding, and contract termination**, preparing all necessary documentation, coordinating the onboarding process, and ensuring all offboarding procedures are fully completed and accurately recorded in internal systems. * In the area of **personnel administration**, maintain and update employee records, monitor legal and internal deadlines, and support payroll processing through validation of variables and attendance control. * In **training management**, identify training needs, organize training sessions, ensure accurate registration and handling of information, and contribute to the preparation and implementation of the **annual training plan**. * Develop and implement **internal Human Resources policies**, ensure compliance with the **Code of Conduct**, and follow defined internal procedures. Also manage **HR documentation in the Document Management System**, guaranteeing correct coding, updating, and standardization of documents. * Support **performance evaluation processes**, talent assessment, talent identification, and **critical role mapping**. **Key Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * **2 to 4 years of professional experience** in generalist Human Resources roles. * **In-depth knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation**. * **Proficiency in MS Office tools** and Human Resources management systems. * **Knowledge of payroll processing**, including variable validation, attendance control, and documentary verification. * **Experience in training management**, including needs assessment, planning, organization, and compliance with relevant legal requirements. * **Strong document analysis capability**, rigorous execution of procedures, and adherence to operational deadlines. * **Fluency in Portuguese and English** **Email for application submission:** jobs@savannahresources.com Work location: On-site
