Social and family assessment – evaluation of socioeconomic conditions and identification of risk factors affecting students' academic trajectories; ? Individual and family intervention – development and monitoring of intervention plans tailored to identified needs; ? Prevention of school dropout and absenteeism – early identification and intervention in situations of vulnerability; ? Parenting support and school–family mediation – enhancement of parental competencies and promotion of family involvement in school life; ? Inter-institutional coordination – cooperation with social action services, health services, Child and Youth Protection Commissions (CPCJ), local authorities, and other entities; ? Promotion of equal opportunities – implementation of measures to mitigate social inequalities; ?
