Main Responsibilities: Providing personalized customer service and follow-up, addressing customers' needs while meeting the service quality standards and excellence upheld by our brand. Customer follow-up and loyalty building; Support in the store's daily operational management, among other duties. The Talent We Are Seeking: More than 3 years of professional experience; Completion of 12th grade, ongoing university studies, or a bachelor's degree; Availability to work rotating shifts; Language skills (English is mandatory); Excellent communication skills; Customer orientation; Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; Good organizational skills, sense of responsibility, commitment, and autonomy; Empathetic and communicative profile; Immediate and full availability.
