Opportunity for professional growth Assembly Operator — GRUPO FIR   GRUPO FIR seeks to hire an Assembly Operator to join its operational team, responsible for assembly, installation, and implementation of projects in commercial spaces, events, exhibition stands, and other brand-related contexts. We are looking for a responsible, practical, and flexible individual with prior experience or aptitude for on-site work, strong execution capability, and willingness to participate in projects across Portugal and abroad.   Main Responsibilities - Assembly and disassembly of structures, furniture, display units, exhibition stands, and other elements; - Assembly of components and preparation of parts for installation; - Support in material installation at commercial spaces, events, and trade fairs; - Loading, unloading, material organization, and logistical support; - Proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work materials; - Support to production, logistics, and implementation teams; - Compliance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements; - Basic verification of completed work, ensuring organization and care in delivery.   Required Profile - Prior experience in assembly, production, events, exhibition stands, furniture, construction, renovations, or similar fields; - Physical work capacity and interest in operational tasks; - Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment; - Ability to work effectively in a team; - Autonomy, practical mindset, and on-site problem-solving ability; - Availability for national and international travel; - Availability for day, night, and weekend work, as required by project needs; - Valid driver’s license.   Terms & Conditions - Base salary between €1,000 and €1,300, depending on candidate’s experience and profile; - Integration into a growing company; - Participation in national and international projects; - Opportunity for professional growth.   Work Location - Vagos / Oliveira do Bairro / Anadia, with frequent travel based on project requirements.   Application Procedure - Submit CV indicating “Assembly Operator” as reference.   By submitting your application, you authorize the processing of your personal data exclusively for recruitment purposes, in accordance with applicable legislation.
