Our international customer service hub is recruiting a **Back Office Technician / Written Support Specialist**. The key strength of this role? **Zero voice traffic (no telephone calls).** Your responsibilities will be conducted entirely in writing, using high-performance digital solutions such as live messaging and email. As a cornerstone of user satisfaction, your objective will be to deliver responsive, precise, and warm support. * **Channels used:** Exclusive management of digital text-based channels (Emails & Live Chat). * **Core responsibilities:** In-depth analysis of complex cases, verification of regulatory document compliance, and general French-language administrative management. * **Work format:** On-site position located in our offices in Porto. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered later, depending on the assigned project. ### **Financial Package & Employee Benefits** To reward the diligence, consistency, and professionalism of our talent, we apply a transparent and motivating compensation policy: * **Base fixed salary (Level L2):** €1,120 gross per month (smoothed remuneration paid over 14 monthly salaries annually). * **Guaranteed onboarding bonus:** €100 per month (performance bonus automatically awarded each month throughout your first six months). * **Attendance bonus:** €25 per month to recognize your punctuality at the office. * **Meal allowance:** Approximately €126 per month (paid directly in cash on your payslip). * **Social benefits:** Premium private health insurance from day one, negotiated gym membership rates, and exclusive discounts with our partners. **Estimated total monthly income:** Approximately **€1,371 gross** (sum of regular monthly bonuses, excluding deferred statutory 13th and 14th-month payments). ### **Working Hours & Work-Life Balance** To balance operational efficiency with respect for your personal rest time, schedules follow a predictable rotating system: * **Monday to Friday:** Standard and stable office hours, from 09:00 to 18:00. * **Saturday:** Operational coverage provided by rotating shifts scheduled between 10:00 and 20:00. * **Rest days management:** Sunday is systematically non-working and guaranteed. If you work a Saturday shift, a mandatory second recovery day is scheduled during the week. ### **Required Profile: Qualifications & Competencies** * **Language skills:** Excellent written French (C1/C2 level mandatory) for impeccable writing.
