We as a growth oriented market leader invite you to join us on our journey from good to great! **Responsibilities:** * Working as a key player in a dynamic and international team ensuring the security and integrity of the company's systems and its customer's data * Maintaining the availability of IT systems and services for international company with more than 50 locations world\-wide including 3 data centers. * Administration, configuration and troubleshooting of computing systems based on Microsoft Windows server and VMware technologies * Availability and Capacity Management of Netapp storage devices. * 2nd Level support solving current incidents, fulfilling requests and implementing changes related to Active Directory, Windows Server, Virtualization, backup and storage management while adhering to ITIL methodology * Ensuring system recoverability by actively monitoring and maintaining daily backup processes. * Pro\-actively monitoring and improving IT systems in order to provide optimal performance. * Participate in projects related to designs, upgrades, optimization and migrations of business acquisitions Communicating, working with and coordinating actions with third\-parties/ external consultant * **Profile:** * At least 5 years experience in a similar position * Hands on technical experience in administration and support of Windows Server, Active Directory and VMWare systems * Understanding of SAN and NAS storage systems (Netapp) * Knowledge of IT systems environments i.e. operating systems, networking, applications, databases and storage * Working knowledge of scripting (Powershell) * Understanding of the ITIL processes * Ability to organize tasks and cooperate with team members from other countries and timezones * Very good command of English (both written and spoken) Contact for this position: ELISABETE GOMES BRANDAO NORMA Group Human Resources Edisonstraße 4 63477 Maintal, Germany
