Professional development plan with specialized training in AI **Help us build the MYOS of the future.** **Operations, Processes, and Digital Transformation Manager** - Vila Nova de Gaia | On-site | Direct reporting to the General Management - Residence in the Metropolitan Area of Porto (preferred) Lead MYOS's operational transformation through continuous improvement, technology, and Artificial Intelligence. MYOS is currently experiencing growth and aims to strengthen its organization, efficiency, and innovation capacity. If you enjoy solving problems, simplifying processes, and leveraging technology to make organizations more efficient, this challenge may be right for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Map, analyze, and optimize internal processes. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions. * Create, document, and monitor work methods and procedures. * Lead operational improvement and digital transformation projects. * Identify and implement technological tools, automations, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. * Support teams on-site, ensuring implementation and consolidation of improvements. * Actively participate in strategic growth initiatives. **Profile We Are Seeking** * Analytical, structured thinking with a problem-solving orientation. * Strong organizational, planning, and execution capabilities. * Autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility. * Excellent communication and influencing skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Capacity to translate ideas into tangible results. * Interest in technology, innovation, and Artificial Intelligence. * Execution capability and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Willingness to closely monitor operations and “roll up your sleeves”. Higher education (preferred), though experience, execution capability, and eagerness to learn are highly valued. Experience in Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
