Reporting to the department head, this professional will be responsible for: * Developing recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes; * Managing internal communication processes, psychosocial risk assessment, employee satisfaction, and organizational climate; * Planning and implementing training programs; * Evaluating and monitoring people management indicators; * Contractual, administrative, and payroll processing support. **Profile:** * Minimum qualification: Secondary Education or Higher Education degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields; * Interpersonal behavioral profile: prepared, positive, ethical, and pragmatic; * Strong interest in human relations within the workplace. * Proficiency in MS Office tools; * Knowledge of Primavera ERP (preferred).
