Agility in handling on-site contingencies The company frequently recruits technical professionals, Civil Engineers or Structural Drafters, focused on project preparation and formwork measurement. Technical Competencies · Registration with the Order of Engineers; · Civil Engineering or Technical Drawing with focus on structures/formwork; · Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT for slab/shoring rotation and phasing drawings; · Structural calculations; Behavioral Competencies · Agility in handling on-site contingencies, material failures, or timely project modifications. · Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from on-site workers to investors and regulatory authorities. · Ability to analyze cost-benefit trade-offs of different construction methods, prioritizing safety and economic sustainability.
