What We Value: · 4–6 years of professional experience in ITSM platform implementation projects, preferably ServiceNow; · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields. · We seek a consultant responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining · ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with our clients’ specific needs. · Practical experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, Asset/CMDB, Request Management, Service Catalog). · Experience/Knowledge of integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, JDBC, or other programming technologies. · Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. · Strong analytical and objective problem-solving skills. · Capacity for innovation and continuous improvement. · Team spirit, critical thinking, and initiative. · Recommended certifications: o Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). o Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/Discovery). · Work model: Hybrid; · Availability for monthly on-call duty. · Location: Porto Your Mission: · Requirements Analysis: · Gather and analyze clients’ business requirements, map current processes, and identify improvement opportunities. · Prepare functional and technical requirements documentation. · Design and Configuration: · Design and configure customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations. · Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards. · Join an IT services, networking, and security integration unit that collaborates with organizations to transform their technology infrastructure and digital capabilities. · Contribute to developing managed services offerings, NOC (Network Operations Center), SOC (Security Operations Center), tailored solution design and delivery, implementation, auditing, technology consulting, and application integration.
