Job Summary: The Scrum Master will implement and guide agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and remove impediments, promoting collaboration within teams. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and guidance of agile practices within teams. 2. Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and removal of impediments. 3. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban. Scrum Master – Automotive Tech Location: Porto | Work Model: Remote (2–3 days per month in the office) Language: English – Advanced Responsibilities Implement and guide agile practices within teams of varying maturity levels. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and adapt them to project contexts. Support backlog management, prioritization, and alignment with stakeholders. Remove impediments and promote collaboration across teams. Requirements +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban in hybrid environments. Experience working with distributed teams and aligning business with IT. Facilitation, conflict resolution, and coordination skills. Experience with agile metrics (velocity, burndown, WIP). Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps. Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks (preferred). Agile/Scrum certifications.
