You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to defined quality standards, ensuring efficient service and an excellent customer experience. Main Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate meals according to established technical specifications; Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency of served dishes; Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP); Monitor and organize food products and their storage; Collaborate in stock management and communicate restocking needs; Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational kitchen; Work collaboratively to ensure fast and efficient service. Requirements Professional experience in this role (preferred); Knowledge of HACCP and good food hygiene practices; Ability to organize and prioritize tasks; Team spirit and sense of responsibility; Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
