We are seeking motivated and dedicated professionals to strengthen our team in the **Aveiro District** and become part of this successful project. **Role:** \- Sale and after-sales services of hearing aids in the residential sector, with appointments pre-scheduled by our Call Center. **We are looking for candidates who:** \- Possess excellent communication and argumentation skills. \- Hold a valid driver's license and are available for travel. \- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and availability to work on Saturdays. \- Are available for a 3-week initial training program. **What we offer:** \- Permanent employment contract. \- Health insurance. \- Base salary \+ IHT \+ Meal allowance. \- Commissions (average exceeding €2,200/month). \- Company vehicle (fuel card \+ Via Verde). \- Work tools (iPad, mobile phone, computer). \- Productivity bonuses and monthly/annual incentives (e.g., salary progression, vehicles, vouchers, trips). **Looking for a new challenge?
