Politejo, a Portuguese multinational company specializing in thermoplastic solutions for infrastructure, is looking for an Industrial Assembly Operator (m/f).
**Main Responsibilities:**
· Ensure proper startup of production line machines, compliance with product quality standards, and execution of the production plan;
· Carry out assembly and disassembly tasks of equipment and molds on production lines during production model changes;
· Perform machine startup, fine-tuning, and preparation operations on production lines;
· Assist in the installation and adjustment of mechanical components associated with production line machines;
· Identify corrective and preventive maintenance needs for machines;
· Ensure cleanliness, organization, and good condition of equipment and their respective components.
**Requirements:**
· Minimum compulsory education;
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar industrial roles;
· Interest in technical and operational tasks within a factory environment;
· Ability to perform practical tasks and prepare industrial machines.
