Opportunities for professional development and advancement Nortempo Seleção is currently recruiting a Production Manager to join a leading industrial company focused strongly on operational efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Industrial Management team, this professional will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production activities of a specific factory area, ensuring achievement of production, quality, safety, and productivity objectives. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise production operations within the assigned area; * Ensure adherence to production plans and defined objectives; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs); * Implement and promote continuous improvement methodologies, particularly 5S; * Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and improved operational efficiency; * Coordinate production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, rigor, and continuous improvement; * Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Development departments; * Participate in industrial digitalization, automation, and Industry 4.0 projects; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and energy management standards. ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field; * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial production management or supervision roles; * Proven experience in plastic extrusion processes (mandatory requirement); * Experience in team management and industrial organization; * Knowledge of production planning and control; * Experience implementing 5S and continuous improvement methodologies; * Familiarity with Industry 4.0, industrial automation, and process digitalization is highly valued; * Strong analytical ability, sense of responsibility, and results orientation; * Proficiency in computer tools, ERP systems, and production support systems. ### **Offer** * Join a solid and growing company; * Participate in challenging and technologically advanced projects; * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement; * Opportunities for professional development and advancement; * Health insurance; * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies.
